1. Cassette Feeder
The cassette feeder uses European patented technology. Using this feeder, there are no scratches when feeding the paper.
It is applicable to E, F, C, B, A flutes and triple walls.

2. Feeding Section
A lead edge feeder allows for a consistent and precise feeding of a wide range of corrugated board.
Vacuum suction adjustment is achieved through an inverter for a wide range, from F flute to double walls.

3. Die Cutting Section
The die cutting section has a pneumatic lock up system that ensures a safe and operator friendly changeover of the die cutting plate.
This automatic flatbed die cutting machine also has a centralized positioning system for a fast cutting die set up and job changeover.
The computerized display screen is used to monitor the machine's operations and the touch screen panel ensures an easy operation and malfunction diagnosis.
There is a gear drive system for a stable and fast machine operation.

4. Stripping Section
The stripping section features a centerline system for a fast stripping die set up.
An upper and lower stripping tool is used for different stripping jobs.
A complete stripping system comes with a front waste separator.

5. Delivery Section
In the delivery section, the delivery system is non-stop.
A photovoltaic device is used for safe operation and entrance.
The delivery control panel has icons for easy operation.

6. Electrical Control
This section uses the latest Siemens PLC technology.
It also uses internationally known electrical components for a better performance and fast, local after-sales service and maintenance.
